Acceptable Use Policy

Here at ZiftrShop, our goal is make commerce better for our merchants and their customers. To do this, we have adopted this Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) as a guideline to help you use our website, products, apps and services ("Services") responsibly and help us keep our Services running smoothly.  By using the Services or creating an account on our website, you agree to the latest version of this Policy. Please note that we may change this Policy at any time and it is your responsibility to adhere to the updated Policy. If you are found to be in violation of this Policy at any time, as determined by us in our sole discretion, we may warn you or suspend or terminate your account.  

You may not do the following in connection with your use of our Services:

  • Adult Material. You may not offer any goods or services relating to, or post or upload any content depicting, adult materials including tobacco, drugs or any type (even if legal in your state or country), drug paraphernalia, gambling, sex acts or guns and other arms without ZiftrShop’s consent. 

  • Harassment and threats. You may not offer goods or services, or post or upload content that harass, bully, defame or threaten a specific individual or group. 

  • Hate and Violence. You may not offer goods or services, or upload or post any content that promotes or condones hate or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, medical condition or any form of discrimination. 

  • Illegal Activity. You may not use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws and may not offer any goods or services that are illegal or prohibited under the laws of the jurisdictions in which you operate or do business. 

  • Intellectual Property. You may not offer goods or services, or upload or post any content that (a) infringes or misappropriates a third party’s copyright, trademark, trade secret or patent or (b) promotes or induces infringement or misappropriation of a third party’s copyright, trademark, trade secret or patent.

  • Malicious and Deceptive Practices. You may not offer any goods or services that are counterfeited or misrepresented.

  • Malware. You may not post or upload content that (a) intentionally distributes viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any other malicious code or (b) harms or disrupts the operation of the Services. Also, you may not use the Services to transmit malware or host phishing pages.

  • Offensive Content. You may not offer goods or services, or upload or post any content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive or otherwise objectionable, including content that constitutes child abuse or depicts non-consensual sex acts. 

  • Privacy or Confidential Information. You may not use the Services to violate the privacy of others, including publishing or posting other people’s private and confidential information without their express permission.

  • Spam. You may not use the Services to generate or facilitate unsolicited commercial email (“spam”), such as (a) sending email in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act or any other applicable anti-spam law; (b) sending emails to users who have requested to be removed from a mailing list; (c) selling, exchanging or distributing to a third party the email addresses of any person without such person’s knowledge and consent to such disclosure; or (d) sending unsolicited emails to significant numbers of email addresses belonging to individuals and/or entities with whom you have no pre-existing relationship.
